Paul Walker's Daughter Files Lawsuit Against Porsche For Her Father's..

The 18 year old Meadow Walker had a few days back filed a lawsuit against the German Automobie Giant Porsche, arraigning them for the passing away of her father, Paul Walker.
The Cause of His Death
The Fast and Furious franchise megastar Paul Walker's death, as claimed by her teen daughter, was a consequence of improperly lodged safety features.
Improper Functioning of the Car's Safety Features
She stated in her indictment that Roger Rodas' Porsche Carrera GT's safety features didn't function properly which was the cause of his death.
What had kept Paul From Exiting the Burning Car
The lawsuit also asserted that the seat belt held Paul Walker`s body with an enormous force and that broke his ribs and pelvis as well. Due to these state of affairs, he could not move and stayed within the car until it went ablaze.
The Lawsuit asserts no Demands
The indictment details nothing about the quantity of damages that the young lady is demanding.
Meadow wasn't sure about Filing a Complaint Also, her advocate stated that Meadow Walker was hesitant about filing the lawsuit as she is the legatee of Paul Walker's estate.
